These terms govern your use of dapperdogspicklecompany.com and your purchases from Dapper Dogs Pickle Company ("we", "us").

Products

Merch: Our apparel and accessories are printed on demand just for you. Each item is made to order — we can't accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace or refund it (see our Refund Policy).

Pickles: Our pickles are a refrigerated (TCS) food. They are not sold or shipped online — they're available only at Baltimore farmers markets and through local delivery within 6 miles of Baltimore.

Orders and payment

We may decline or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors). If we cancel your order, we'll refund what you paid. Prices are in USD; sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping

US Standard shipping on merch is free; US Express is $9.99; US 1–2 day Express is $15.00. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All site content — including our designs, logos, photos, and copy — belongs to Dapper Dogs Pickle Company. Please don't reuse it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
